Functional Medicine

This plan includes a visit to establish care that includes a 90 minute appointment where we dive deep to get to know you, your history, and your health journey.  Following this appointment, you will receive a detailed plan of care that could include more extensive lab work, personalized nutrition, nutritional supplements/medications, and lifestyle recommendations. You have the option of a discounted monthly membership or an hourly consult visit fee schedule.  We do ask for a minimum 6 month commitment for the monthly membership.  Chronic disease does not occur overnight, therefore we feel you will have the most long term success in committing to partner with us to work on your health. 

Pediatric Functional Medicine

Children are not "tiny adults".  Managing the health of children in the integrative medicine space requires pediatric specific training in protocols, lab interpretation, and supplement dosing that are specific to the needs of this population.  In the functional medicine world, the community of practitioners who are trained to treat children is small.  Our pediatric practitioner, Joy Badillo, has devoted special training to understanding the needs of children from an integrative lens.  She actively participates in a mentor/membership program made up of practitioners who are pioneering the field of pediatric integrative medicine led by one of the experts in pediatric functional medicine, Dr Elisa Song of "Healthy Kids Happy Kids".  

Menopause Wellness

Menopause is a normal physiological process.  However, suffering and the decline in health that frequently coincide with this process are not!  

This option will include a 60 minute visit and history focused specifically on hormone health.  You will then receive a personalized plan of care that may include nutritional supplements, more detailed lab testing, a personalized food plan and lifestyle recommendations.  Additionally, body identical prescription and compounded hormone replacement therapy is available if recommended for you.  This plan includes one year of refills for any prescriptions as well as periodic 30 minute check in appointments.

Annual Wellness

Want a functional medicine perspective on wellness?  Interested in a deep dive into bio markers for optimizing your physiology?  Curious what lifestyle habits are the most important for longevity?  Our annual wellness services are the perfect solution!  If you are someone who is not experiencing significant health issues and would like to keep it that way, come see us once a year for an optimizing wellness visit!!

This will include a 60 minute visit focused on health promotion and wellness optimization along with a follow up 60 minute lab review appointment.  This does not take the place of a visit with your primary care provider, but is meant to add a deeper dive into lab work and health habits that could impact your health long term.  This package for ultra wellness could include recommendations for supplements, detailed lab investigation, a personalized food plan, and lifestyle recommendations as well as a follow up lab review appointment. 

Pediatric Wellness
